Delta PC-Based Motion Control System is a high-speed, real-time communication system which can control up to 12 servo system units simultaneously within 1ms. It can accept double precision floating point values of width 64-bits. It can provide up to 1,280,000 pulse/rev resolution which enable the servo system to make accurate calculations and provide operational flexibility. It has 35 homing modes and synchronous implementation is possible for 12 servo system units or 4 groups, 3-axis helical and linear interpolation or 6 groups or 2-axis linear and arc interpolation. It also supports absolute commands, incremental commands and T-curve / S-curve velocity profiles, built-in position, and speed and torque control modes for different uses. Fast and cost-effective communication and control is easily achieved by connecting to servo motors, linear motors, digital inputs and outputs (DI/DO), analog inputs and outputs (AI/AO), and other control devices such as stepping motors and manual pulse generator (MPG).

DMCNET is equipped with the high-speed and reliable one-wire DMCNET communication protocol for a wide range of motion control applications. Delta's PCI motion control cards are fully customizable and are available in three series: the 12-axis PCI-DMC-A02, 6-axis PCI-DMC-F02 with digital I/O interfaces and the PCIDMC-B01 with pulse compare & capture functions. All three series connect to multiple servo systems, such as the high-performance ASDA-A2-F Series, the standard ASDA-B2-F Series, or the ASDA-A2R Series.
