Dear customer,

During the current unprecedented uncertainty, Delta cares about the safety and well-being of our colleagues, customers, partners, suppliers, families and many friends. We are also following  the advice from local governments and health authorities, and in the meantime ensuring the continuous operation of our business to support your needs, wherever you may be based. That’s why we’d like to take this opportunity to share with you the strategy Delta has devised to ensure responsible business continuity, with its customers, partners and suppliers across the global community.
First and foremost, your health and safety remains our top priority. To that end, Delta’s global management teams are proactively taking extensive and far reaching measures to protect all of our stakeholders while we closely monitor the COVID-19 situation. As well as strictly following local government measures for COVID-19, our task force is implementing best practice within all of our offices and manufacturing facilities. For the measures we have taken, please click here.

During this time, we also want to reassure you that Delta is able to remain operational, and that your local contacts will be delighted to hear from you in order to continue to assist and support your business. Furthermore, Delta is working hard but responsibly with its suppliers to keep the supply chain steady and consistent. With support and leadership from Delta’s senior management, we are minimising the impact on our global supply chain, by focusing on coordinating activities with our suppliers, including researching alternative supply sources where needed. We are also facilitating downstream transportation lines, while  leveraging our global manufacturing footprint to shift production where possible. In terms of distribution, we are securing   airfreight and railway transportation capacity where applicable, and optimising utilisation where resources from our supply chain  and logistics partners are limited. Needless to say, we will ensure that dedicated safety processes are in place and our logistics and distribution partners also continue to follow the latest local health authority guidelines and regulations.
While responsible business continuity is our goal, by being diligent, sensible, and following local government measures, together we can continue to support your business while we unite as global communities to bring the spread of COVID-19 under control. By practicing measures like social distancing, we’re confident that we’ll succeed in combatting its spread. More than anything, we want to take this opportunity to wish you and your loved ones continued good health, while encouraging you to stay at home, stay safe and, of course, to stay in touch.

Best regards,

Delta Electronics EMEA Team
